The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager - Higher Education is to developed, manage and grow Kwalu's product awareness, acceptance and sales to the Higher Education market segment, including pipeline build, develop strategy and analyze business opportunities.

- Must possess 5 years of Sales/or Business Development experience, within the Higher Education furniture marketplace.
- Strong Knowledge of the Education Environment and experience selling within the Education Vertical. Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation skills, and computer skills.
- Ability to successfully build alliances and influence key decision makers
- Demonstrated effective negotiation and closing techniques; must be a closer!
- Travel 75%
- Must have a BS, BA degree (MBA preferred)
