  • The Sales Executive provides leadership and strategic direction by leading a cross functional assigned sales team. They are also responsible to find, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities to generate revenue and to achieve gross margin targets
  • Connect with influencers: Corporate Real Estate, Tenant Representatives, A+D and other industry partners
  • Directs day-to-day/week-to-week workload on the team
  • Lead innovative and creative strategies to stimulate business development and optimize margin
  • Secure preferred pricing structures
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions
  • Move qualified buyers from concept to close
  • Responsible for all forecasting
  • Responsible for Annual Business Reviews for Top 10 accounts on team
  • 5 to 7 years Herman Miller Experience
  • Contract furniture sales experience majority with Herman Miller and alliance brands
  • Consistent and consecutive sales volume for 2 years, $4,000,000 +
  • Previous Twin Cities exposure a plus
  • Clearly identified external network
