HAT Contract is looking for highly motivated Sales Director to help grow our business on the East Coast.
HAT Contract is an industry leader in providing Dynamic Solutions for the Open Workplace Environment specializing in; Height Adjustable Bases, Benches, Power Data Beams and other workplace tools.
Sales Director responsibilities will include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and actions plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets.

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales target
- Develop a strong understanding of HAT products and HAT's culture
- Build and maintain strong relationship with current/existing Independent reps and Dealers.
- Build and develop new regions: Hire independent rep's and develop dealers.
- Partner with independent reps to educate dealers on HAT's products and program.
- Partner with reps/dealers to provide creative/cost efficient HAT solutions.
- Competitive Insight: Know HAT's competition in each market to better position and sell HAT products.
