Arcadia, West-Coast based manufacturer specializing in a broad range of high quality contract seating and table products, is seeking a National Training and Education Specialist to work with our network of independent sales representatives. The primary responsibility of this position involves traveling to each territory and providing training on both new and current products for the company's two brands, Arcadia and Encore, with the overall objective to strengthen the knowledge of our sales team on an ongoing basis.
Additional responsibilities include: creating and conducting regional training programs, initiating competitive research and analysis, and collaborating with the sales and marketing divisions to develop video presentations and webinar content.
Qualified individuals will have a minimum of 3 years' industry related sales experience, either as a furniture representative or at the dealer level. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, presentation and writing skills are required. Candidate can be based anywhere in the US but major markets preferred, and travel will be approximately 30-50% of the position. Salary commensurate with experience.
