Bernhardt Design, a leader in commercial furniture design and manufacturing is seeking to hire a service-oriented individual to join the NYC sales, showroom and customer service team. Ideal candidate to have at least 2 years' experience in a customer administrative support role, assisting with customer communications and details for specifying, ordering and shipping of contract furniture. Proficient computer skills and knowledge in all MS Office products a must. Experience with order entry systems is important as this role includes reconciling purchase orders and invoices with an attention to detail and accuracy. Candidate must demonstrate superb communication skills, and be client-focused to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
