OFM, LLC, (a wholly owned subsidiary of HNI Corporation) is a private label wholesaler and distributor of high quality school and office furniture with our Corporate Headquarters located in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Based on our rapid growth, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative. The purpose of this position is to cultivate relationships with prospective customers using phone, e-mail and literature communication resources. These customers will be acquired from an assigned list of leads and prospects. This position will also assist existing customers and help other sales resources as needed. There may be an opportunity for the individual in this position to work from home if individual is not local to Holly Springs, NC.

Essential Duties:
  • Business to business sales calls. Initiates information gathering conversations.
  • New business development
  • Use of company ERP/CRM experience a plus
  • Using Microsoft office programs
  • Maintain and update customer database
  • Increase the number of new OFM dealers
  • Work with Marketing to send out flyers and OFM information
  • Assisting sales team members with Quotes, Product and shipping information
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Graduate
  • Three plus years inside sales experience
  • Office furniture industry experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
  • Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Must be punctual, and produce work in a timely manner
  • Verbal and written skills. Must be well spoken on the phone.
  • Attention to detail
There may be an opportunity for the individual in this position to work from home if individual is not local to Holly Springs, NC.
